I-485 application for spouse

Hello,
My wife's I-485 was filed as a dependent application based on my primary application. I am EB 2 India with PD Oct 2004
1) Does this mean her priority date is the same as mine...Oct 2004?
2) Is her application also an Employment based EB2 application like mine or is it family based?
3) Since she had her interview at the NYC field office does this mean that her application is now with the NYC office and subject to that office's processing times?
4) After her interview the officer told us that the case was approvable and would be approved after my case got approved. She asked us to get in touch with her once my case was approved. I got approved yesterday. How does one get in touch with an officer. Is Infopass the only option?
