Evidence requested after interview
RE: My status I-485 pending EB3
I received a letter from the Immigration requesting for evidence and the letter reads:
“During the interview, you stated that you first entered the United States in 1992 and you have been living here since. Please provide proof of an authorized stay in the United States from 4/1/97 until 2/14/00. Examples of the documents you can provide include but are not limited to: copies of school transcripts, Sevis I-20AB, OPT, EAD, etc.”
1)Do you interpret this as I only need to prove my status from April 1, 1997, until February 14, 2000? Or Are they asking for all the way from 1992?
2) I have a copy of I-20 from January 5, 1997 to March 5, 1999 and a copy of OPT/EAD card, valid from 6/15/99 to 6/14/00, but lost original one. Do these copies enough?
