Q.

green card question

(a) My company has filed for my greencard under EB3 category, and my labor is still pending. My PD is Nov 2007. I am on my first year of h1B extension. After my I-140 gets approved, my company may change me to another location. If I change my location of work (from South Carolina to Minneapolis)but work for the same company, does my company have to restart my Labor and I-140?

(b) Is my company allowed to rehire me to a position that allows for EB2 category and reapply for my labor and I-140?

(c) And in that case, can I retain my PD from the EB3's I-140 approval?
