Q.

Can I use AC21 to accept Temp-Hire position

I have an approved I-140 and I-485 has been pending since Jul 07. I am interviewing for a temp-hire position. I was wondering if I can accept a temp-hire position using EAD and AC21. What is the best option to accept temp-hire without jeopardizing I-485.
