Q.

From H1b to F1/while PERM is applied

My company has applied DOL,I do not have any approval notice till now regarding the next step of green card process. I am scared my company might give me a Layoff, can I go back to F-1 status. Can you explain in detail, at what stages of greencard there are chances of getting an F1 denial if i apply for one.
