Q.

working on expired EAD, its renewal pending

My EAD will expire on Sept. 19, 2009. I applied for renewal on July 6, 2009. Looking at the processing time, I am not sure if it will be decided before my EAD expires.

Can I still work "legally" after my EAD expires while waiting for my EAD renewal decision?
