track of events for i485 DENIAL, SUCCESS CHANCES FOR MTR
I had been to India and when I came back they sent me to defferred inspection while issuing a temporary AP because my original AP valid-date was expired but my parle date was not.
I immediately applied for a new AP and it was approved.
When I went to Defferred facility they did use the approved Advance Parole and stamped it on my passport(I94)and let me in.
4 days later I get 485 denied due to travelling on expired AP. What are my chances of success for reopening the case after I file for MTR...
