Q.

I - 485 denied due to travelling on expired AP

Hi,
I went to India and when I came back they sent me to defferred inspection while issuing a temporary AP because my AP was expired. I immediately applied for a new AP and it was approved. When I went to Defferred facility they did use the approved Advance Parole and stamped it on my passport and let me in.
4 days later I get 485 denied due to travelling on expired AP. What are my chances of success for reopening the case after I file for MTR...
