Q.

Cross Chargeability

My husband and I applied for I-485 two years ago, our priority date is october 06, category EB3. My husband is from Mexico and he is the primary, and I am from Colombia. We were wondering, is it possible to ask for the cross chargeability and will this benefit the process? Also, our advance parole I-131 expired back in January, can we renew it?
