I have a pending EB-1A, petition self filed. Both the i-140 and i-485 are pending. I have replied the RFE on 15th april 2009, no answer yet. Now my real question is iam in india and i have been stuck with 221(g),administrative processing. i need to get back to US as my company will not let me take any more vacation. What is the status of my non-immigrat visa (O-1 visa (non-immigrant status)), after I return using AP advance parole to US.

How to get back to O-1 STATUS again. What are the implications of continuing working on O-1 STATUS? My wife also works on her EAD that I got through pending I-140/485. Need to know what i should do and is it safe to be parolee when i-140/485 are pending and keep working on my EAD, keeping my I-140/485 pending.
