Q.

EB1A denied. Requesting your opinion on options.

My EB1A I-140 was denied on August 6 (employer based). Will file MTR. I-485 was filed concurrently. Currently on H1 valid until 2012.
Want to file NIW (and possibly a fresh EB1A) requesting your help if you are willing. PD (India) is not current for filing I-485. I-485 was filed with EB1 I-140 but I-140 was denied. If we file NIW I-140, can we tie this to my existing (pending) I-485 that was attached to employer based (recently denied) I-140? What happens if I leave my employer? I also want to leave employer and not work anywhere for a few months to finish my ph.d. What are the best ways to do that? I have all the materials ready - even recommendation letters. How fast can we file my NIW and fresh EB1A? Apart from cover letter - what other forms do we need to fill- could you please list?
