Q.

OPT - H1b gap

my case:
completed 32 credits in Master's program by Dec 2001.Repeated a course in spring 2002 to improve grade. International center at school told me to apply for OPT card asap in Feb 2002 because I was using my grace period it seems which I was not aware of.
The OPT card came with validity 03/14/2002 till 03/13/2003. My employer filed for H1 in March 2003 but I dont know the date of submission by the lawyer.
the H1B receipt "received date" is Mar 25, 2003. The approval date is 09/09/2003.
I was in the US all the time because my employer told me it was ok. Have approved AP and EAD.
Q1.Was I unlawful at any time during the 2003 -(a)between OPT and H1 application or(b) between h1 application and approval? Q2.Will this affect my international travel? Q3.Will this affect applied 485?
