Employement Verification Letter From previous employer
Hi,
My current company is sponsoring my Employment based Green-Card (labor certification).
Following are my queries all related to it
1)
Do i need to have the Employer Verification letter from previous employer. I don't think they will be willing to give it.
Do company obliged to give Employment verification letter?
2)
Does W-2/ Pay-Stub work as proof of employment (for previous employment)?
3)
Does experience certificate (without mentioning my roles and responsibility) can work as employment verification letter.
