H1 Renewal, Pending I485

Hi,

I worked for company A for almost two years. They applied labor and it is approved and filed I140.

I moved to company B on H1. After two months I140 approved through A.

My priority date became current and company A filed I 485 though I am working for company B.

I am still working with company B.

Few months back, received RFE about employment verification, company A responded. Now my I485 pending at National Benefits Center. No interview letter so far.

I will be completing 5 years on my H1 early next year.

My questions are:

1. Can company B extend my H1 for 3 years based on my pending I485 and approved I140 (which was applied by A)?

2.If possible,what document I need from A?

3.Are there any risks in this?
