EB-1B EAD
I work in academia. My H1B will expire at the end of December (end of 6 years). I will start a tenure track professorship position at September. My H1B already transferred to new university. I will apply for EB1-B with premium processing this September. Should I also apply for EAD? What happens if EB1-B will be approved but EAD would still be pending at the end of my H1B period? Can I still work without EAD but with EB1-B?
