Q.

EB3 to EB2

I am on H1B visa since Feb 1998. Since year 2003 my green card is in process in EB3 category.
On this background, with my recent US Master's degree ( MS-MIS year 2006-2008) can I approach another company for my new green card in EB2 category.
If yes then how can I do the switch ? is there any risk involved . how can I continue on my H1B renewal.
My current h1b is till June 2010.
OR can I do new labor in EB2 with my current company only ? Can I do that ?
Is US Master's degree eligibale qualification for EB2.
