Loss of job under L1 and Adj of Status filed less than 180 days
Employer sponsored green card application was filed Aug 6th by way of Adjustment of Status under an L1. We were notified this week that the company had decided to close our office on 15th Jan and has offered me work in NY or severance pay. I have already received my EAD valid thro Sept 09 and Advance Parole. My application will have been filed for 162 days by the 15th Jan and not 180 days- can my employer just revoke the application to be akward if I decide not to go to NY with them?
