Im registered Nurse in texas.EB3 schedule A concurrent filing of i 140 i 485 in july 2007. i 140 approved on march 4th. RFE for i 485 employment verification letter submitted on july 13th last update on july 22nd. I got accepted to masters in anesthesiology school in maine. I have to attend this school because its very important to me and my career and life. I cant loose this opportunity. My question is when i-485 is pending I must have to work using EAD? or you can go to school without working. Because anesthesia school is very demanding so i wont pass it if i work. when they send another RFE for my employment I can get a job right away because im an RN its no big deal for RNs. IS there anyway that I can goto school while my greencard is pending without working? thanks for help.
