I applied for my I-485 in aug 2008. I have already received my EAD and AP (wasnt required to submit biometrics). I have not yet received the biometrics appt for my I-485. I am going out of the country for a vacation in december. I was wondering what would happen if i got my biometrics appointment
when i was away in dec and missed it.Will I be allowed to reschedule the appt even after missing it on my return.If so, how many days after missing a appt is someone allowed to reschedule (2 weeks, 1 month). Is there some way I can get them to issue the appt for my biometrics appt? Pls suggest
