Q.

H1B Question

I was laid off from Company A on May 31 2007 and applied for I-129 with Company B on September 27 2007.
When we applied for company B we have asked for extension.

RFE in march 17 27,2008 for pay check stubs from Company A. I did not have it since I was laid off on May 30, 2007 . On April 17,2008 I-129 approved (from apr 17, 08 to sept 26 08)with consulate proceedings and denied for extension since i did not keep my status for 4 months.It will be 6th year with h1b on 9/26/08.

Filed labor March 28, 08 (eb2) approved on May 17,08.We have filed for 765,140,485 and h1b appeal on 5/30/08.6/27/08 fingerprinting. 8/22/08 EAD approved. 140 and 485 pending.
H1 appeal denied yesterday

What will happen next what is my chance of getting GC? (Turkey) visa # available for eb2.
