Q.

My Wife went out of status between May 2004 and June 2006

Hello sir,My wife went out of status between May 2004 and Sep 2006 for my employer not applying her I-539, We realized the lapse in Aug 2005 itself and persuaded USCIS from then on but after few denials and applying a montion we got her H4 approved in Sep 2006.Now we got an RFE on her continuous non-immegrent status maintenance in US on our AOS.Our lawyer Responeded to the RFE. Since she was restored her H4 status in 2006 and ever since we both have been in continuous status what are the problems you see in our AOS getting approved?
If any problem how we may address?
