My I-485 has been denied on Jul 13th 2009
My I-485 has been denied on Jul 13th 2009. The reason is:
"You were notified by mail on May 6, 2009 of the deficiencies in the application. More specifically, you were notified that the underlying I-140 petition filed on your behalf by previous employer had been revoked on April 24, 2009. You were afforded the opportunity to submit documentary evidence, in the form of a new employment letter, to support your application for adjustment of status. You were granted 33 days to respond to the Notice on Intent to Deny. The Service did not receive a response to the Notice of Intent to Deny within the time frame granted. Your Notice of Intent to Deny was returned as undeliverable and USCIS records contained no new address."
We forgot tell INS of our new Address.
