I came to USA with company-A H1B.

I worked with company A from Aug 2004 to Sep 2006.

Company A applied for me labour on Mar 2005 which is approved on sep 2006.

Company A applied 1-140 for me which is approved on dec 2007.

I moved to company B SEP 2006 & still i am working with B till now.

Company A applied for me 1-485 in aug 2007 as future employment.My 1-485 is still with company A.

Can I use AC21 now to transfer my GC process to company B but I did n't work for company A after I-485 submission.?I do have similar job with compnay B.

Does my case consider under fraud by INS if use AC21 with B ???.
