No I dont have any criminal record. I came on H1B visa in December 2002 and before it expires i married in February 2005. I have only 3 speeding tickets since I am in US. Yes visa officer separate us at the time of 2nd interview but almost all answers were same accept my favorite movie which my wife told i like a bunch and i told just one name and my salary which me and my wife have a two dollars difference.
