Q.

Should I file AC21. I have transfered my H1 My I-140 was approve

Hi,

I recently got laid off I was on H1-B my employer has filed for my GC. My status at the time of Layoff was 1) I-140 Approved 2)I-485 Pending for more than 1 years 2)Had an EAD

I did not use my EAD and was working with the GC Filing employer on H1-B

As soon as I got to know of my layoff notice. I started to look for a employer who could hire me for a similar job and file for H1 Transfer. The Employer has filed for my transfer and I have received the transfer.

My question is What happens to my GC Process. Do I have to File for AC21 when I have a valid H1 transfer with my new employer
Can I continue to renew my EAD and Advanced Parole as I used to do in my Old Green Card Filing Firm. Please advice the right course of action
