Q.

"Employment Verification Letter" related questions.

Hello,
My I-485 is currently pending with PD 12/2004 EB-2. I had few questions on "Employment Verification Letter" related to I-485:

1. When USCIS sends a RFE for "Employment Verification Letter", are they asking for the "intended future" employment offer after green card approval or are they asking for "current" employment details?

2. The same question above but incase of an interview

3. If I switch jobs now but don't want to use AC-21 and if I'm able to convince my current GC sponsoring employer to hire me back once my green card is approved, do you think this will be okay incase of an RFE or interview asking for "Employment Verification Letter"? That is will it okay if my current employer issues a letter saying they will be hire me back once green card is approved?
Thanks
