Q.

Invoking AC21 Multiple Times

Hello:
I am under EB2-India category with a PD of July 2007. I got my I140 (through employer A) approved in July 2008 and my I 485 was submitted during Aug'07.
AC21 details:
i) Switched to employer B during Jan'09 in a job with similar job duties. Transfered using a new H1B, filed for AC21 and also received a confirmation from USCIS saying that they have received my AC21 docs.
ii) My current employer (employer B) is going through re-org and there are chances of layoff; situation will be clear in August. If reqd. (I loose my job or for whatever other reason), can I switch to employer C and again use AC21 provision (my job duties will be similar to the one mentioned in my Labor application). Is this supposed to cause any problem to my pending I485 application?
