Q.

H1B transfer with AOS

Hi,
I have
- H1B approved until May 2010 ( but not actually in my passport )
- Valid AOS. I have used this to re-enter country already.
- I-485 pending > 180 days so I'm eligible for 3 year H1B extensions. I have used this once already.

If I change employer :
- My H1b Should be transferable
- Can I travel on my AOS pending the H1b transfer approval ?
- Do I need to do anything to notify UCSIS that I have changed employer for AOS or EAD ?
- Will my existing application for GreenCard still be ok ?

- Can I still get 3 year H1B extensions ?

My new job will be a similar position to that described in my H1B.

Thanks.
