I 140 approved H1 extension denied
My I 140 is approved (from company A) and my H1 is up for extension - it is likely that my extension may be denied. I am at the end of my fifth year, I have about a year left before my H1 will max out its 6 year period (2010). If I transfer my H1 to another company (say B) can I get a three year extension based on my I-140 approval (from company A). Company B doesn't have a copy of my I-140 approval notice (from Company A).
My current employer hasn't provided me the copy of I-140 approval notice.I have the Case# and I have requested a copy of my I-140 approval notice through the FOIA channel. Would the case be any different if I have a copy of the I-140 approval notice.
