With reference to my previous question (http://www.lawbench.com/immigration-forum/3727/...) where I said I will be returning to US using AP & L1 approval notice & my Wife on L2 since she is not in AOS & you said it's ok.

I am confused that when I will be using AP (with L1 approval notice) I will be taken as "Parole" status then how will they let my wife in when she will be on L2 that is dependent on my L1 (first one has expired & approval is not stamped).

Please let me know if my wife will be allowed on L2 with me who will enter as "Parole" status? If yes please give me some reference that I can use at POE to satisfy them b/c I know they will give me hard time.

I will appreciate a detailed response with some reference that I must need at POE.
