Traveling on Advance Parole
My i-485 is pending but i-140 approved and have AP. I lost my job and immediately got another one and so fell in the default pending 1-485 after 180 days o/s. I want to travel outside the US on the new employer's business. Is there any problems with such travel after change of employment? Also, what documents do you advise to take with me to ease my way back?
