PERM- H1B Extension
On 08/01/2003, I got my first H1B. On 31/07 2009, I will complete my six years of H1B. I carry right now an H1B with an employer which sponsors me for my green card. On 09/11/2008, my lawyer submitted online my PERM L.C. to Atlanta Process. Cter. In the case the PERM is not process on time, and I reach the expiration date of my current H1B [31/07/ 2009] , is it possible to extend that H1? If no, what are my options?
