Advance Parole and related issues

I have an approved H-1B that’s valid until 10/01/2012 and my I-485 is pending since July 2007. I have used AP and my current I-94 (with parolee status) expires on 02/02/2010. I am still working for the same employer that sponsored my H-1B. My questions are:

1. What happens if for some reason my I-485 gets denied now? Do I immediately become out of status since I am a parolee?
2. If I get married to someone in my home country, can my spouse apply for H-4 stamp at the embassy even though my current status is parolee?
3. What happens to my status once my current I-94 expires on 02/02/2010? Do I need to file for a renewal of my H-1B before 02/02/2010 to remain in valid status?
