AOS 485 and starting LLC for a office practice

I am a physician in usa for 9 yrs, have my approved labor in 2006 ,currently pending AOS 485 for 1 year from my currentl employer. I am maintaining my h1 status for 9 years.I have a opportunity to start LLC-in a new practice .If i buy the practice, I will be employing usa citizen staff (internal medicine office). My questions:
1.do i need to continue H1 and if so can i sponcer myself?
2. do i need to use ac21 portabilitty for LLC.if so how?if so suggest me steps needed in details and role of attorney in this process to defend me.

3.in your opinion, should i wait with current employer untill green card and sacrifice great opportunity for green card safety?
4. the area hospital network are willing to support me financially to satrt LLC-do they have any role in GC?
