I filled PERM Labor Certification in 04/28/2009, and still "in process",

Dep. of labor is reviewing already, due we receive a call to confirm my title.

But now I receive an offer in other company in same position but with better salary.

my question is

Can I change employer and continue using my current PERM Labor Certification? (if is in process or came certified before I leave this work)

If yes What I need to do

To avoid start again all the process.
