Q.

two I-140, one approved, what to do with pending one?

Hello, need some of your advise on that,
1. one of my 140 NIW has been approved last week. I have another 140 EB1 pending and got an RFE on it, online status. I am filling my 485 and was wondering what should I do with that second one 140? Could I withdraw it?
2. In case of ignoring my RFE and denial, how that second application would impact my already approved first 140 and pending 485? Would it terminate the approval of my first 140? I am from ROW country.
Thanks for your reply
