Arrest Record, No Conviction - Want to Apply for GC

1 year back I was arrested and cited for a violation of CA penal code 647 engaging soliciting the act of prostitution In lieu of criminal prosecution I participated in SF FOPP case was discharged I plan to file for my GC (EB1) I-485 has question 1 knowingly committed any crime of moral turpitude for which you have not been arrested
2 Been arrested cited charged indicted fined or imprisoned for breaking any law excluding traffic violations3 Been arrested cited charged indicted for breaking or violating any law or ordinance excluding traffic violations4 Within the past 10 years been a prostitute or procured anyone for prostitution or intend to engage in such activities in the futureMy questions are 1 What questions should I answer YES to 2 Could my GC be rejected because of my arrest record
