Q.

Moving out of US have valid EAD/AP

My current status
1) Currently on Adjustment of Status.
2) Valid EAD till 2010
3) AP till Dec 2009.
4) Priority date March 2003 EB3
My questions are the following
1) Can I move my case to councilor processing?
2) can I enter US without a job before my AP expires i.e. before Dec 2009 ?
3) What will be the status of I-485.
4) If I leave my 485 active can I enter US using other non immigrant status i.e. L1, B1 etc. ?
There was a RFE which is taken care of and I think in the current status I can only wait.
