Q.

Relocation/ Perm approved (EB3)

Perm was approved on May 1st, 2009, and we are weeks away of filing I-140. Yesterday my husband was told that probably the office where he is right now might close in the near future, and he will be relocated to another state. He travels 60% of the time, so really it is not important where he is living as he lives close to an airport! Do we need to start over all the process again or let's say we wait until I-140 is approved to be safe?
