Immigration Status
I am working for an employer on H1 and my I129 is valid till 04/06/2010.
My employer filed for green card with 140 / 485 filed concurrent.
my labour and 140 are approved and my priority date is 6/6/2007.I have EAD valid till 09/14/2010. Travel documents are valid till 01/14/2009 but applied for renewal on 06/08/2009.
If I have to change my employer should i work on H1 or EAD?
If i work on EAD what are things i should take care of ?
Is it possible / required to get my approved 140. my company will not provide it
