Q.

GC process as Future employee

Hi,

I came to US in May 2005 worked for company A till Nov 2006, for a project I had to do my H1 transfer to company B in Nov 2006 still I am continuing with the company B and with same client. Present employer is revoking H1 as soon as project is ending at client; my GC is in process at Labor which is pending since Jan 2008. I think I have 20 months left in 6 years term of visa
I have following questions
Q1) Can I start GC process with other company C as future employee?
Q2) when should I join the company C?
Q3) if my present employer revokes my H1 and if GC labor is pending with company C can I join company C at that stage?

Please add more inputs from your side on my situation and case, as i came up with these questions only.
I appreciate you valuable answers.
