1.-) How long can i stay unemployed? I lose the status if i don't have a job?

3.-)If I have a Similar Job Offer from another company, but they don't give me a job until a get GC, is it possible? Can It resolve the RFE? What Company requiriments do i need to show them?
4.-) I am a owner of a Corporation, can i apply for AC21 with my own Company?
5.-)What do you recomend to do in my case, How the US Economy is bad, Is not easy to find another similar Job offer.
