Q.

I-485 Denied

We went to interview to Mount Laurel NJ without the lawyer at May 20th.My case is denied before we sat down, the officer said my priority date is not current(07,25.2006).I had another case in 2001.We filled before Apr.30 2001. My case lost at 9/11 but we can resubmit anytime We built the new case on the this.Priority date was available at time filling adjustment of status. On section 245i LIFEACT I should eligible for the GC. That how explained to me.The officer has seemed like no knowledge of know it and she wanted me to withdraw the case.My question should I make an INFOPASS to the office and show every documents and explain the situation or just wait for the denial letter and reappear?
Should I go with the a lawyer to the INFOPASS?I don't have a lawyer. The 2 cases filled by a paralegal.
