Q.

180 days + 485 filling date want to change employer

1. If AC21 is denied can I join the previous employer again, when USCIS issues the denial? In how much time I need to reply, and how to manage it if this is possible
2. If my GC sponsor does not revoke I-140, after I join another employer, then do I still need to prove ‘same and similar’ if there is a query? If new job is little bit different What are my risks?
3. After I join another employer, There 2 ways H1B or EAD how do they differ, what are pros and cons?
4. if processing of 485 is over does that means until Visa’s are not available for my for my home country there is very less chance of getting RFE, and if yes or no in what scenario’s I can get RFE
5. If I don’t have 140 approval copy does that created problem in AC21, I do have receipt number
