Q.

I-140 pending/H-1B up for renewal

I am in 7th year of my H1-B. My expiry date is September 2009. MY (EB3 India)I 140 has been pending since july27 2007 at Nebraska. No updates given on that. What should I do? I see that even cases from 2008 have started to get approved on EB3 India. What can I do to get my I 140 expedited? I want to be able to file for 3 year extension with approved I 140. Any suggestion would be great help. thanks...
