Q.

I140 approved. I485 pending >180days. H1B extension pending

My I140(EB3 category) filed by my current employer(company A) has been approved recently and my I485 and my wife's I485 have been pending for more than 180 days. My employer(Company A) has filed for my H1B extension which has been pending since February 2009. Me and my wife both have valid AP and EAD.
1. I have a similar job offer from an other company(Company B) with much higher salary and I am planning to use AC21 to change to that company.
2. Will I be impacted if my H1B extension is denied before or after using AC21?
3. Also an other company(Company C) is interested in hiring me. Can I file for an other labor and I140 in EB2 category and port my earlier priority date while working with Company B on EAD.
4. Can I join Company C after labor & 140 approval(invoke AC21 multiple times)
