Q.

Can I concurrently apply for I140 and I485 in EB2-NIW category?

Hi!
I am currently a postdoctoral scientist on H-1B visa and going to apply for green card under EB-2 (National Interest Waiver) category. I am originally from Turkey and have been studying and working in US since 1996. I want to concurrently file I-140 and I-485. Am I allowed to do so in my situation?
