Q.

H1 transfer and Extension

Hi,
I have an approved labor and I140 from my current employer B and I am working for client C as a contractor. My Cleint is offering me full time job and even my current employer B is ok with me transfering H1. My questions
I am completeing my 6th year term in Jan 2010 so will I be able to get 3 year extension based on my approved I140from employer B when I transfer my H1 or will I get only till Jan 2010.
My current labor is EB2 category and if I change the employer, is that a requirement that new employer should also apply my labor in same category or it can be any category and also details should match as per my old labor.
How soon should my new employer start processing my greencard. what is the risk I am taking with all this processes.
Thank you very much for your time
