Q.

H1 transfer to Green card company from the sister concern

Dear Attorney,

I work part-time for the Company A(GC company) and full time on Company B(Sister concern of GC company). Due to the economic condition they have decided to close down the Company B by December 2009. I have a valid EAD upto August 2010 and valid H1B from Company B till 10/2009.

1. Can I transfer my H1 from Company B to Company A? Is that legal?
2. If the option 1 is not possible what are all my best chances to get the H1 approved.
