Q.

Expiring I-94 and Advance parole

Hi,

I have I-485 pending. Last year I travelled back home and entered USA using Advance parole but I got I-94 stamped with paroled date of one year. This means, date in my I-94 is expiring next month. Would you please let me know whether expiring date in I-94 based on advance parole and pending I-485 effect my legal status in USA? If yes, how do I renew the date in I-94 based on Advance parole and pending I-485. If no, is there any official memo published by USCIS in this matter?
